The Panafrican Film and Television Festival of Ouagadougou (FESPACO) has announced the official selection of films for its 29th edition, scheduled to take place from February 22 to March 1, in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso.
FESPACO is one of the most prestigious film festivals in Africa, providing a platform for filmmakers to showcase their work and connect with industry professionals.
This year’s festival features a diverse selection of films from different categories, ranging from Feature Length, Feature Documentary, Competition FESPACO Shorts, Competition Burkina Films, Competition Semaine de la Critique, Competition FESPACO Series, Competition Animations, Competition Films des Écoles de Cinéma, Section Sukabè, Section Panorama, Section Diversités, and FESPACO VR.
